SEPARTECH screening machine
Users may employ different terms for SEPARTECH machines: vibrating screen, sieve, separator, sifter. The machine is made up of a driving device termed ‘drive’, consisting in a base, fastened to the ground or to a mobile platform, and springs upon which the lower table is placed. The lower table contains the motor and 2 flyweights. The other part of the machine is in contact with the material to be sifted. This part is made up of different frames, in between which is inserted a screen with or without cleaning equipment. The screens are mounted from top to bottom with the largest mesh opening on top. In order to assemble all the different parts, a clamp ring is used for every screening level: the ring clamps together 2 frames and one screen. The frames are all typically equipped with an exit spout to automatically drain off the different product fractions. The material to be sifted can come in different forms, such as powder, granules, pellets, or various forms when it is bulk material. It can also come in liquid form and contain foreign matter. The material is fed in through the central input point in the cover Thanks to its unbalanced motor, the machine produces a tri-dimensional centrifugal force enabling the following functions: *Separation of different granule sizes or separation of solids and liquids by a screen. *Transport and continuous disposal of material at every stage of screening through the exit spout. *Unclogging or deblinding of the screens thanks to the vertical component of this force and to a cleaning fixture (optional) including loose elements (balls or rings) mounted directly under the screen and tapping the cloth lightly to clear any object lodged in the screen mesh. The settings parameters are: *Weight variation of the upper flyweight, by adding or removing additional plates *Weight variation of the lower flyweight, by adding or removing additional plates *Offset of the lower flyweight with respect to the upper flyweight

Series DosyPack - Dosing Station
The DosyPack dosing stations are designed for fast and precise dosing of bulk materials. Gentle dosing is possible for especially sensitive products. The system consists of a conveyor mounted on blade springs under a silo and features a functional design and stainless steel construction. This makes it an ideal solution for the demands of the chemical, pharmaceutical and food processing industries. Pneumatic linear vibrators from the NTS and NTK series are recommended for operation. These durable vibrators operate reliably and don’t continue running after being switched off, immediately stopping product flow. The exact feed quantity is regulated by adjusting the frequency and amplitude of vibration, both of which can be adjusted independently.

Series LineDrive – Conveyor Systems
With traditional vibration conveyor systems, the bulk material is “thrown” forward in a parabolic trajectory, which can damage or degrade the product. In contrast, the conveyor system of the series LineDrive uses a pneumatic linear drive that causes material to slide along the conveyor trough. The flow rate can be adapted to the specific properties of the material to be conveyed by controlling the air pressure. The coupling of several LineDrive drives allows the transfer of larger loads. In addition to our standard versions, the LineDrive series conveyor system can be customized to meet your specific needs.

Series NCB - Pneumatic Ball Vibrators
Pneumatic ball vibrators of the NCB series are used wherever bulk materials need to be moved. They are ideal for emptying bunkers and for preventing bridging, rat-holing and build-ups. When driving chutes, sieves or vibrating tables, they ensure a continuous material flow. A key advantage is their simple construction. The rotary vibration is generated by the high centrifugal force of a steel ball running on hardened, polished tracks. Frequency, and therefore centrifugal force, can be continuously adjusted by regulating the operating pressure.

Series NCT - Pneumatic Turbine Vibrators
Pneumatic turbine vibrators of the series NCT are particularly suitable for moving bulk materials. They can be used for emptying containers and big bags, driving chutes, sieves and vibrating tables and for the mechanical stimulation of processes. NCT pneumatic turbine vibrators combine high-frequency performance with quiet operation and exceptionally low air consumption, making them both powerful and efficient. The rotary vibration is produced by a turbine with eccentrically mounted unbalanced masses. The frequency and therefore the centrifugal force can be continuously regulated via the operating pressure.

Series NKK - Glueing Console
Instead of welding a mounting bracket for a vibrator or knocker onto a bunker, silo or pipe, the NKK series offers a glue-on solution. These consoles are bonded with an elastic adhesive directly to the wall of the container, whether flat, conical or cylindrical. The design ensures homogeneous and efficient transmission of vibration energy without causing damage, while the closed fit prevents dirt from accumulating behind the plate. The NKK series can be assembled quickly and easily without welding expertise and without having to empty the container. Since no merge process is required, the glued surface remains intact, making installation both safe and reliable.

Series PKL - Pneumatic Impactors
When processing bulk materials, knockers or impactors are used to improve material flow and effectively remove stubborn blockages such as adhesions and bridging. The pneumatic knockers from NetterVibration's PKL series deliver powerful, controlled hits without damaging silos or pipes. They replace manual “silo hammering” with rubber mallets: the same effect, but safe, efficient, and without deformation. Electric twin The long-established PKL 740 now has a brother that operates electrically, making it incredibly versatile and suitable for use almost anywhere, even as a mobile unit with a rechargeable battery, for example at silos in remote locations without a power supply. The compact control unit triggers one-off or regular pulses. It can also be integrated into modern control systems and thus offers expandable, process-dependent options, such as integration into the measurement of the fill level in silos to avoid unnecessary impacts.

Series PowerPack - Conveyor Systems
The PowerPack conveying system is guided by blade springs, with the conveyor trough welded, glued or bolted to the frame. The system is powered by a pneumatic linear vibrator from the NTK or NTS series, or, depending on the application, an electric external vibrator from the NEG or NEA series. Unlike many other conveyor systems, the frequency and amplitude of the PowerPack series can be controlled separately, which means it can be adjusted to your individual requirements. You choose which model best meets your needs based on the properties of the material being conveyed, as well as the requested frequency or amplitude. We also offer customised versions of the PowerPack, which can be combined with the DosyPack series. Furthermore, all components can be supplied separately if needed.

Shaftless conveyors
With the Van Beek shaftless screw conveyors you can transport sticky, wet, coarse or irregular products without the risk of blockage or sticking. Sticky solid bulk materials such as magnesium as a waste product, tend to stick to the central inner tube of a screw conveyor. Shaftless screw conveyors do not have this problem because there is no inner tube, also called a shaft, as only the spiral is used to transport the bulk product. This makes the shaftless screw conveyor the perfect solution for elevating and transporting ‘difficult’ products. Compared to a shaft screw conveyor, shaftless spiral conveyors are ideal for bridging distances of 10 metres or greater without an intermediate support. The screw is supported over its entire length by a wear-resistant plastic lining. The shaftless conveyor also performs well in a limited space, even with a considerable difference in height: a feed angle of up to 90° is possible.

Silicone Weighing Bellows
Weighing bellows are for the flexible connection of mixers, feeders or vessels on weighing cells to supply lines, drain pipes or other forms of air or powder transport. Silicones are well known for the supple and flexible properties. These flexible connections produce little to no reactive force and therefore do not influence the weighing. The bellows also prevent the transfer of vibrations and sound. This is all due to the SPECIALLY designed shape of these flexible silicone weighing bellows. These weighing bellows are made from silicone rubber and are available in the following diameters Ø 50, 60, 75, 100, 120,150,200,250,300 and Ø 350mm, all with a 90mm height. The applied material is semi transparant silicone rubber which is safe for use with foodstuffs according to FDA and ECC regulations.
