Screw elevators are closed transport systems that allow you to add dosed powders, pellets and granules to, for example, filling lines, silos and mixing tanks. The machine consists of a hopper with an inclined screw conveyor. The product is poured into the hopper, after which the screw conveyor transports the material upwards. The screw elevators we supply meet your requirements exactly. You specify what the delivery height of the screw elevator should be.       The SDTD single channel plug diverter valve is made of aluminium LM25 grade through a high quality die casting process. All product contact surfaces are lined with 316 stainless steel tubes. The standard seals are FDA approved silicone, which ensures a complete sealing between the body and the plug. The standard execution diverter with static seals can be used in pressure conveying systems where the pressure is less than 1,5 bar. When equipped with inflatable seals (optional), the SDTD is suitable for systems up to 6 bar. The SDTD is supplied as a complete unit with pneumatic actuator and associated components, such as solenoid valve, solenoid coils, junction box and position sensors.       SEPARTECH Compact Round Separator

      Users may employ different terms for SEPARTECH machines: vibrating screen, sieve, separator, sifter. The machine is made up of a driving device termed ‘drive’, consisting in a base, fastened to the ground or to a mobile platform, and springs upon which the lower table is placed. One or two Vibrators are attached to this lower table. In this Screen design, one conical pan is welded inside the lower Table: this pan is the outlet for sifted fines particles. One or several frames are mounted on top of this lower table, and in between is inserted a screen with or without cleaning equipment. The screens are mounted from top to bottom with the largest mesh opening on top. In order to assemble all the different parts, a clamp ring is used for every screening level: the ring clamps together 2 frames and one screen. The frames are all typically equipped with an exit spout to automatically drain off the different product fractions. The material to be sifted can come in different forms, such as powder, granules, pellets, or various forms when it is bulk material. It can also come in liquid form and contain foreign matter. The material is fed in through the central input point in the cover Thanks to its unbalanced vibrators, the machine produces a tri-dimensional centrifugal force enabling the following functions: *Separation of different granule sizes or separation of solids and liquids by a screen. *Transport and continuous disposal of material at every stage of screening through the exit spout. *Unclogging of the screens thanks to the vertical component of this force and to a cleaning fixture (optional) including loose elements (balls or rings) mounted directly under the screen and tapping the cloth lightly to clear any object lodged in the screen mesh. The settings parameters are: *Vibrator Weight variation, by adding or removing additional plates *Vibrator Position versus the screen plan in order to change the vertical/horizontal forces ratio
