PANDA/PUMA vacuum boosters increase the pumping speed and ultimate pressure of vacuum pumps. They can boost the performance of vacuum systems by up to a factor of ten. Where rubber sieve balls fail over time, our Karolee® polyurethane sieve balls continuously stay active in the sieve cleaning process with a very long service life. These sieve balls have a lasting elasticity of 70% and are without adhesion or absorption of the processed product and are bacteriological safe.

For product development and research purposes, the purchase of a large mixer is in most cases not necessary at all. The mixing principle also makes it easy to adhere powders to the product.

Peristaltic pumps are the best choice for handling viscous liquids, foaming and containing impurities such as sand, stones, granules and vegetal components (algae). Peristaltic pumps offer the user a very good suction capacity, self-priming, reversibility of the flow, good discharge pressure. The liquids normally handled are: acids (sulfuric, nitric, hydrochloric, etc. ...) bases and alkali (potassium hydroxide, soda, etc ...), oils, suspensions of products also containing impurities, solid particles and viscous liquids. Peristaltic pumps are the preferred choice for the handling of food, medical or pharmaceutical liquids, since there is no contact between the mechanical part of the pump and the pumped product. The pumping tubes are made of rubber certified according to customer requirements (FDA and USP).
