Diaphragm monitoring system with HART® protocol, model DSMU21SA
To ensure the production of harmless food products, the food industry is subject to strict hygiene regulations. During their processing, the products in the food industry are exposed to cleaning processes which place higher demands on the degree of hygiene. Therefore, diaphragm seal systems with easy-to-clean process connections and FDA- or USPlisted pressure transmission media are used for pressure measurement. If the wetted diaphragm is damaged, the pressure transmission medium can enter the process without being noticed. This results in a high hygienic risk, as the diaphragm damage cannot be detected immediately. A solution to this problem is the diaphragm monitoring system developed by WIKA. Compared to conventional measuring instruments with only one diaphragm, measuring instruments with two diaphragms are used here. The space between the two diaphragms is evacuated and the vacuum can be monitored with a monitoring instrument. Should there be a diaphragm rupture during the process, the vacuum breaks immediately and the monitoring instrument indicates a change in pressure. The second diaphragm continues to reliably seal off the process and the transmitter continues the pressure measurement until the damage is repaired. An error signal indicating the diaphragm rupture is sent to the control room via HART protocol. In addition, the measuring instrument can generate a residual current, which also notifies the users immediately even if they don’t have a distributed bus control system. WIKA pressure measuring instruments with integrated diaphragm monitoring are therefore particularly suitable for sanitary and aseptic production plants and help to minimise the hygienic risk. Applications - Hygienic pressure measurement for sanitary and aseptic food processing - Hygienic pressure measurement in sanitary applications for the food and beverage industry - Suitable for application in UHT lines - Sterile steam monitoring in SIP systems and aseptic plants

Diaphragm monitoring system with threaded connectionm model DMS34
The WIKA combination of diaphragm seal, pressure measuring instrument and monitoring element is ideally suited for the harshest measuring tasks. The system can withstand aggressive, contaminated or hot media and ensures a secure connection between the medium and the diaphragm monitoring system. The patented diaphragm monitoring has been designed specifically for the highest safety requirements in the chemical and petrochemical industries. On the double-diaphragm system a second, internal diaphragm in the pressure measuring instrument ensures the reliable separation of the environment and the process in the event of a diaphragm rupture. The measuring function of the overall system remains unrestricted, nevertheless it must be replaced immediately. Mounting of the diaphragm seal to the pressure measuring instrument is made as direct mounting as standard. A fluid inside the system, which is explicitly chosen to suit the particular application, hydraulically transmits the pressure to the pressure measuring instrument. Special features - Double-diaphragm system to ensure the separation of the process and the pressure measuring instrument - Process connection with thread to provide for direct threaded connection - All welded version with internal diaphragm - System from Monel

DICKOW centrifugal pumps can be equipped with a mechanical seal in a single or double version. DICKOW supplies its own shaft seals, but it is also possible to install other manufacturers of your choice. All DICKOW centrifugal pumps can be equipped with a magnetic coupling. In general, DICKOW magnetic-coupled pumps are an excellent choice for products that crystallize, polymerize and/or contain solid parts. Products can also be pumped at very high temperatures (up to 450°C). The unique construction of the DICKOW magnetic-coupled pumps makes it possible to use them in the most extreme conditions.

Digital High Performance Gauge, model CPG1500
The model CPG1500 precision digital pressure gauge adopts the concept of an analogue pressure gauge and at the same time works with the precision of a digital calibration instrument. The instrument thus combines the accuracy of digital measurement technology with the simplicity of an analogue measuring instrument and features impressive performance and ease of use. The CPG1500 offers an accuracy of 0.1 % FS, 0.05 % FS or 0.025 % FS and is temperature-compensated in the range of -10 … +50 °C [14 ... 122 °F]. Measurements can be displayed in any of 26 pressure and 5 level units, or in custom units to avoid intricate conversions. Special features - Measuring ranges between 0 ... 10,000 bar [0 ... 150,000 psi] and also vacuum and absolute pressure measuring ranges are available - Accuracy: up to 0.025 % (incl. calibration certificate) - Intrinsically safe version - Logger function with up to 50 measured values per second - Communication with WIKA-Cal software via Bluetooth®

Dino bulk truck loaders
The Dino models form the basis of our unique product range in bulk truck loaders. With additional modules such as dust extraction, crushers and other accessories, we can tailor these basic types to your specific product and loading requirements. There is a suitable loading machine to meet your needs. A bulk truck loader is a loading machine that allows automatic, dust-free packaging of products in 25kg bags, big bags and even loose bulk goods into silo trucks, rail wagons and even cargo ships. Do you want to load bulk goods packed in big bags? Or loose bulk goods that are loaded with a shovel? The Dino bulk truck loader can handle both, at a basic capacity of 45m³ per hour and a maximum capacity of 90m³ per hour. This means that, on average, you can fill a silo truck or container in 45 to 60 minutes. Even if these are products that have poor flow properties. Because the mobile bulk truck loader is easy to move, loading in different locations is no problem.

Drum Discharge Systems
Volkmann systems for discharging bulk material from drums either work by tilting and emptying the barrels into a pick-up hopper or by an automatic guided suction lance. Feeding with a lance may alternatively be performed manually. Special secondary/feeding air systems allows the system to take material from barrels with liners or directly from sacks. Our systems provide an extremely gentle material transport from the barrel and does work successfully with sensitive and easy to damage delicate tablets. The system monitors and regulates the suction air flow to avoid excess pressure actionon sensitive bulk goods, which can occur with tipping systems. These systems allow for the discharge of material from drums with liners under full containment to work in a closed system under controlled environmental conditions.
