      DTD dual channel plug diverter

      The DTD dual channel plug diverter valves is made of aluminium LM25 grade through a high quality die casting process. All product contact surfaces are lined with 316 stainless steel tubes. The standard seals are FDA approved silicone, which ensures a complete sealing between the body and the plug. The standard execution diverter with static seals can be used in pressure conveying systems where the pressure is less than 2 bar. When equipped with inflatable seals (optional), the DTD is suitable for systems up to 6 bar. The DTD is supplied as a complete unit with pneumatic actuator and associated components, such as solenoid valve, solenoid coils, junction box and position sensors.       The earthing system is designed to connect conductive objects to earth in a safe and controlled manner via an earthing clamp. This ensures that loading and unloading operations can be carried out safely. The earthing system is part of a preventive operating system or a process plant. The MGS01-V1 earthing system is powered by one MGS01-V1-PB (Power Box) and one or more MGS01-V1-RCB (Resistance Control Box). Up to 10 MGS01-V1-RCB can be connected to this system. This allows precise control and monitoring of the earthing system, which is essential to ensure that the earthing system operates effectively and safely.

      The smooth surfaces, in combination with the patented, full surface and tapered sealing concept, enable these special explosion vent to be implemented in previously critical plants, e.g. spray-dryers with/without wet cleaning, fluidized bed dryers, filters and mixers. EGV HYP successfully passed the cleanability tests conducted by the commission of the EHEDG (European Hygienic Engineering & Design Group) and confirmed its suitability for CiP cleaning. The EGV HYP can be adapted to the radius of the container avoiding unwanted dead spaces and making it ideal for use with cylindrical tanks. If the product is to be used in outdoor areas, a closed cell silicon cushion insulation is available to prevent the build up of deposits that may occur when the temperature drops below the dew point. Insulation also minimises temperature and energy losses. These features of the hygienic design of the EGV HYP improve product quality and also protect processes against contamination and production standstills.

Fike has developed a series of explosion vents with easy installation features, designed for use on elevator-legs. The EleGuard-range of explosion vents offers an attractive commercial and technical solution to elevator protection. The EleGuard type explosion vent has been designed to comply with the requirements as specified by the ATEX 100a Directive, and is specifically developed to offer explosion venting on bucket elevator applications.

      The ELEVENT® Breather Valve protects industrial systems and tanks with low design pressure against excessive pressures and vacuum. The valve prevents the leakage of production gases, polluting material or explosive vapors. At the same time, it protects the system against unwanted air intake. The breather valve can be installed at any system with different connection variants, e.g. ANSI flanges, “Tri-Clamp®”, pipe connectors and pipe couplings according to DIN 11851, as well as CF and KF flanges.       Due to a special folding method a liner package with up to 50 m (special type with 80 m) of liner can be provided, centrically to the product outlet. The liner is pulled from the stock, flattened out against the inner side of the drum, inflated slightly and then filled with product. During normal operation the filling is contamination-free. No cross-contamination occurs. The changing of the liner stock is contamination-free.The liner stock is reusable. The liner is available as a folded package with antistatic material characteristics and FDA certificate or as electrically conductive black liner.
