Premier Tech Systems and Automation - with its CHRONOS and SLOOTWEG productlines - is dedicated to providing customer-focused and innovative solutions for bag packaging, palletizing, and load securing. We specialize in bagging solutions for a wide range of bulk goods, including those from the food and animal feed, agriculture (seeds and grain), chemicals, and organic products (such as growing media, solid fuels, the wood industry, and fiber crops).
Our CHRONOS product lineup features packaging systems for open-mouth bags, valve bags, FFS systems, and flexible large containers (like big bags and jumbo bags). We also offer conventional and robotic palletizers, as well as stretch hood systems.
Under the SLOOTWEG brand, we are a global leader in providing complete mixing and sieving systems. We offer turnkey solutions for the substrate and wood processing markets. Our complete systems include everything from containers and dosing systems to grinding and mixing equipment, screening systems, conveyor belts, balers, palletizers, and stretch hooders. We offer tailor-made solutions, handling everything from concept to execution.

CHRONOS OML-1140 High-speed bagging machine
Using unique advanced technologies, the OML Series automated bagging machines are designed to quickly fill pre-made open-mouth bags with 5 to 50 kg bag weight of diverse bulk materials such as animal feed, sugar, rice, starch, fertilzer, grain and seeds, plastic pallets etc. The bagger come equipped with our gross or net weighing technology for optimum accuracies. Commercially available open-mouth bag closing devices could be integrated. Speed: up to 1.400 bags per hour depending on the specifications. Bag types: gusseted, gusseted flat bottom, pillow. Bag materials: paper, PE, laminated and non-laminated woven PP. Featuring total bag control during process, user-friendly operator interface, easy operation, quick installation, sturdy long-lasting design, gusset retention and reforming option.
CHRONOS BFL SERIES High-precision open-mouth bagger for powders
The BFL Series is an automatic open-mouth bagging system designed for advanced precise filling of powders. The patented powder bagging machine fill bags from bottom to top, reducing dust emission and keeping product aeration to a minimum. Ideal for packaging flour and powdery products, offering a safe working environment. Up to three times less product waste is a convincing argument for this system. Speed: up to 1.200 bags per hour. Bulk materials: fine powders, powders. Bag types: gusseted, gusseted flat bottom, pinch-top and pillow open-mouth bags. Bag materials: paper, PE, woven PP. Bag weights 5 to 50 kg. Featuring optimized dust reduction, high accuracy, high performance, reduced downtime, quick bag size changeover, hygienic and safe operation, compatible with standard bag closing devices. Options: ATEX, CIP designs.
CHRONOS BFH SERIES Hygienic open-mouth bottom-up filling system
The BFH Series open-mouth bottom-up bag filling system features patented technologies designed for the precise and HYGIENIC bagging of powdery bulk materials such as milk powder, baby food, chemicals, and pharmaceuticals etc. The bottom-up technology allows sanitary filling with minimized dust emission and reduced product aeration and highest accuracy. Easy to clean and maintain, fast bag size changeover, less product give-away. Diverse configurations (single spout, double spout) and options available as for example inert gas packing, product sampler, ATEX design etc. Bag types: pillow, gusseted, block or cross bottom. CHRONOS VPF SERIES Fully equipped air valve bag filling system
The VPF Series air valve bag filling system ensures precise dosing and clean filling of powders and granules. By using air and pressure to fill valve bags, it prevents product contamination and degradation, making it an ideal choice for the food, chemical, and mineral industries. Fully equipped, this bagging system can come with an empty bag placer, bag magazine, ultrasonic sealer, and outfeed conveyor. It allows banking up to 4 air packers for enhanced capacity. With its high filling efficiency, which minimizes the risk of under or overfilling bags, and easy maintenance that reduces downtimes, this valve bagging machine provides a fast return on investment. Speed up to 250 bags per hour (single configuration). Bag types: paper, PE, woven PP valve bags. Bag weights: 10 to 50 kg. Optional ATEX and food grade design.
CHRONOS VPV SERIES Vacuum valve bag filler
The vacuum valve bag filler VPV Series is specifically designed for packaging lightweight and fine powders such as carbon black, graphite, alumina, fumed silica, silica oxides, and pigments. Combined with the advanced gross filling mechanism, the valve packer’s vacuum chamber draws the product into the bag at uniform rates, providing excellent accuracy. Then, the integrated aspiration system effectively removes dust during filling, ensuring clean and safe operation. This bagging technology produces tightly filled bags and reduces their overall thickness, allowing more bags to be stacked on pallets. As a result, it leads to significant cost savings in transport and storage. Speed: 100 bags per hour. Bulk materials: fine powders. Bag types: multi-wall paper valve bags. Bag weight: 2 to 22 kg (depending upon specification). Efficient system - Optional a robot can handle both empty and filled bags, and the equipment layout allows for easy cleaning and maintenance access.
CHRONOS FST SERIES Tubular form fill and seal bagging machine
The FST Series tubular form, fill and seal bagging system provides a versatile, flexible, and economical packaging system for bags made from tubular film roll. It efficiently handles various free-flowing products from the industrial, chemical, and nutrition industries, for example plastic pellets, resins, special polymers, fertilizers, and animal feed. This FFS bagging machine provides fast-paced performance and can adjust quickly for different bag lengths and widths. The installation is quick and easy, and the design allows full access to control, adjustment, and maintenance, all within a small footprint. Speed: up to 2.000 bags per hour. Bulk materials: granules, pellets. Bag types: pillow, gusseted. Bag material: PE, PP, aluminum PP. Bag weights: 5 to 50 kg. Options: High-speed ‘’K’’ sealer to form brick-shaped bags, perforated bag holes for air removal, ATEX design, net or gross weigh system.
CHRONOS RPL-4000 SERIES High-performant palletizing robot
RPL Series robotic palletizers are the most efficient robotic cells for virtually any bag / bale palletizing needs. The heavy-duty robotic cell can simultaneously gather bags or bales from many different incoming product lines. It can be configured to fit in confined spaces and stands out in the market for its wide flexibility. The in-house designed and manufactured gripper allows the RPL Series to satisfy the many different palletization requirements of modern packaging installations. Compatible with all common standard industrial pallets. All our equipment is PLC controlled with user-friendly human machine interfaces (HMI). Quick changeover of palletizing patterns via stored recipes, different layer pattern versatility and compliance with CE regulations. Speed: up to 1.800 bags per hour. Features: automatic bag width adjustment to automatically palletize multiple bag sizes with finger or multi pick-up gripper. Usage in highly corrosive environments. The APC Series compact bag palletizer uses an ideal combination of robotic and traditional palletizing technologies to optimize the benefits of both systems and create square and sturdy pallets. The innovative automatic gripper ensures precise bag positioning for maximum stability, while the palletizer's compact design and optional modules make it easy to adapt to your available space. The APC Series suits any pallet material and bag type for use in all common industries. Speed: up to 1.200 bags per hour. APR Series | CHRONOS brand - Hybrid Robotic Palletizer
Our hybrid robot palletizer APR Series for bags combines the advantages of a conventional palletizer, featuring optimal layer forming (4 side enclosing) and layer top pressing with the flexibility, efficiency of a robotic palletizer solutions. The hybrid system works with a robotic arm and bag gripper, can handle various bag sizes and weights, as well as empty pallets and pallet sheets, adapting quickly. The system can work at medium speeds and improves overall production efficiency. Another benefit is space efficiency with reduced floor space required compared to a conventional palletizer. No additional working platform at high level is required, the operator works safely at floor level and always has the process in overview. The APR hybrid robotic system provides consistent stacking patterns, improving load stability and reducing transport damage.
