The Moduflex program consists of a complete line of loading chutes, filter chutes, telescopic pipes and various special versions for loading a wide variety of materials, such as calcium carbonate, cement, coal, flour, fly ash, plaster, rice, sand, sugar, grain, etc. The systems have a processing capacity of up to 3,000 m3 / hour and are ATEX certified. (optional) The modular concept consists of standard components, so that a loading chute can be assembled quickly in accordance with your wishes. Existing chute sections can also be adjusted or replaced quickly and easily without dismantling the chute. This results in a considerable reduction in maintenance costs and loss of production time.       Vortex will display its ATEX certified dustless retractable loading spout for the first time at Solids Dortmund 2017. Vortex's loading spouts are used for loading dry/bulk solid materials into open and/or enclosed vessels like trucks, railcars and barges. The 4-cable lifting design provides maximum stability when compared to the standard 2- or 3-cable systems. The warranty covers any Vortex loading spout cable that breaks due to friction from the pulley. The 3-piece CNC machined pulley features chamfered edges and precision cable grooves to significantly reduce cable wear and back lashing as the loading spout extends and retracts. Because the cables do not fray, cable failure is nearly eliminated and so is costly downtime for repairs. Vortex can also custom engineer loading spout systems to meet any loadout application requirements, including corrosive or hazardous materials, long distances, and extreme temperatures.

The MEMDOS SMART convinces not only with its elegant design, but also the graphic display with multilingual menu as well as the operation of the dosing pump with the help of the integrated buttons simplify the use. The display is optionally removable for flexible applications. If required, the dosing pump can be adjusted manually, via an analogue or drive an impulse signal. A version with an Ethernet-based MODBUS connection is available for integration into a demanding automation network.

      Create in-line measurement without disturbing product flow with a screw weigh system, which includes a weigh frame, load cell , junction box, speed pickup and screw conveyor. By providing a screw conveyor with a weigh system, bulk material flow is easily measured. The screw conveyor is mounted at the inlet in a set of special pivots and connected to a loadcell near the outlet and provided with a speed encoder. Two flexible connections take care of a dust tight inlet and outlet. This screw weigher is available for ATEX categories II2D and II3D (zone 21 and 22)
