The HiFlux Auto-line© filter is designed as a compact, self-cleaning liquid filter. The robust construction of the filter makes it well suited for industrial use applications where continuous production, operational reliability and security are essential. This includes filtering most liquids, including whey, liquid egg products, processed cheese, process water, cooling water, waste water, colours, lacquers, adhesives, polymers, etc. for a pre-filtration or end of line filtration between 30 -2000 microns is needed. Changing filter bags or filter cartridges is therefore history.
The Auto-line self-cleaning liquid filter is often used as a final filter (police filter), reducing the risk of a costly re-call and image damage.
HiFlux Filtration A/S exists more than 60 years and specializes in filter solutions for industrial purposes. The HiFlux filtration specialists guide the customers in the filtration selection process, sometimes first testing to determine the correct Auto-line configuration, taking maximum account of the needs of the individual customer.
The above-mentioned Auto-line self-cleaning liquid filters are also available in a hygienic version and comply with EC 1935/2004 and FDA standards for polymers and elastomers in contact with food. The HiFlux Auto-line hygienic filter has been designed taking into account the hygienic design recommendations of the European Hygienic Equipment Design Group (EHEDG).
