The head scraper Promati TPH is a tangential scraper with polyurethane scraper blades that is placed against the drum. The scraper elements in PUR with a length of 150 mm simply slide into an aluminum profile.
It can be used on conveyor belts with 2 directions of rotation or as a pre-scraper. Also suitable for products that are difficult to scrape off.
Available in 2 versions:
– Normal: for belt speed less than 3m/sec
– Heavy Duty: for belt speed less than 6m/sec
The tensioning system is an easy to adjust spring-lever system.
