The Gravimetric Filling System is designed to weigh and dose granular materials at predetermined weights and time intervals. The system uses an electromagnetic vibrating chute to feed material into a weighing hopper mounted on a load cell and then unload the product onto a second vibrating chute at a specified time. Accurate product feed rates can be achieved by setting both target weights and the unloading interval. The system consists of two units. This feed box and control panel.
The cabinet has heat insulation and cooling air for accurate weighing. The control panel monitored all errors in the process, such as vibrating chute errors, weighing errors, air pressure errors, silo empty errors, timeout, etc.
