How does a TAMAR shaft seal work?
The TAMAR seal is not like any other mechanical seal. It does not have sealing surfaces or pressure springs, and there are no parts that can break inside the cartridge.
The TAMAR sealing technology combines all the advantages of conventional sealing methods to create a synergistic solution that includes eight layers of leak protection.
The result is zero leakage, even under extreme conditions of dry running, high temperatures, aggressive and abrasive powders, and it excels at compensating for misalignment and angular deflections of rotating components.
