The high-performance Belle Banne® U belt cleaner uses a patented technology for cleaning.
Unlike other belt cleaners, the Belle Banne® U consists of a series of hard alloy carbide blades mounted on a flexible rubber and metal support. The complete assembly is housed in a robust, curved structure. Tension
is provided by springs.
This assembly has the following main advantages:
• Pressure is gradually increased towards the centre of the belt based on cleaning needs.
• Easy assembly, adjustment and maintenance.
• Cleaning efficiency remains constant throughout the life of the cleaning blades. The curved scraping edge and the conveyor belt adapt to each other continuously to ensure constant optimal efficiency.
• Excellent clearance of scraped material, preventing any conveyor obstruction.
The whole assembly is treated with a protective paint and all the hardware is made of stainless steel.
