International Field Engineer

Are you up for an international challenge and work freedom? As an International Field Engineer, you'll install and maintain palletizing machines worldwide. You'll travel 50% of the time and for the reest you'll work at our headquarters in Emmeloord. Responsibilities include installation, testing, operator training, and customer relations. You have an MBO 4 diploma in mechanical engineering, electrical, or mechatronics, have a knack for mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, and are proficient in English. Familiarity with machine controls is a plus; we use Beckhoff (IPC/PLC), Exor (HMI), and SEW frequency converters. We are looking for an International Field Engineer with a passion for machine engineering. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation and commissioning of palletizing machines worldwide, spending approximately 50% of your time traveling both nationally and internationally. Additionally, you will work from the headquarters in Emmeloord, handling tasks such as mechatronics maintenance, after-sales service, and technical customer support. Tasks and responsibilities include leading machine installations, conducting functional tests, training operators, and ensuring compliance with sales conditions. Commercial skills are also important for identifying opportunities with customers.

The ideal profile includes an MBO 4 diploma in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or mechatronics, affinity with mechanical and electrical systems, proficiency in the English language, and familiarity with machine controls such as Beckhoff (IPC/PLC), Exor (HMI), and SEW frequency converters.
