Webshop Rates

Order on time at the low early bird rate. Check the deadline for the early bird rate here.

After the early bird deadline, a 30% surcharge applies. Certain products, such as print work, can only be ordered during the early bird period.

Placing additional orders after the webshop has closed is only possible during set-up at the exhibitor desk.

Please note:

  • A 100% surcharge applies to technical facilities ordered during set-up.
  • A limited range of items is available during set-up, while stocks last.
  • Orders placed via the webshop always take priority over orders placed during set-up.

Cancellation of additional orders is possible up to 15 days before the start of the event. After that, 100% cancellation costs apply. Print work such as seamless prints, printed panels, and stickers cannot be cancelled.

Webshop items are rented and therefore remain the property of Easyfairs Nederland BV and/or its suppliers. In case of damage and/or loss, the costs will be charged to the exhibitor.
