ETEC Service & Engineering has developed an automatic safety hatch that can be operated remotely. This significantly increases safety for both the driver and operator, while also ensuring the hygiene of the products in the bulk truck.
This safety hatch can be reliably used under extreme temperatures ranging from -40 to +65 degrees Celsius. The Turtle Safety Hatch is easy to install.
The Turtle Safety Hatch is certified for pressures up to 275 KPa and is designed to be retrofitted to existing filling openings without modification, thanks to a special bolt-on system. Once the hatch is placed on the filling opening, it is securely locked using compressed air. A specially designed sealing ring ensures optimal sealing between the hatch and the filling opening, while also preventing wear between the two components.
