Your morning starts with reviewing all new service requests. You know almost all of our customers in the Netherlands and Belgium and know the impact of each customer if the final packaging machine does not work as it should. You quickly switch with the customer and the service engineer to adjust the work schedule. Within two hours, production at the customer is running smoothly again.
Then you prepare the maintenance visits for the coming weeks. From work permits to stocks of parts, everything is correct. In the afternoon, you teach a new colleague in the Back-Office team how you maintain customer data, so that you always know exactly what is going on with a customer.
