In many different industries where bulk materials are processed, fires and dust explosions occur again and again worldwide with far reaching consequences.
The GreCon spark extinguishing system detects and eliminates ignition initials BEFORE a fire or dust explosion occurs. Infrared detectors monitor conveying paths and, if necessary, trigger e.g. a high-speed water extinguishing within a few milliseconds. This process runs in the background without interrupting production.
Where water cannot be used, product conveyor flows can also be diverted or interrupted.
