On Friday evening, we received a call from a client with a serious problem: the fire suppression system in their system had been activated incorrectly. As a result, the entire system had to be cleaned, bringing production to a complete standstill. They urgently needed 300 new filter bags to restart operations as quickly as possible.
We normally have these filter bags in stock for this client. However, due to a recent change, they were unavailable. So, we responded immediately.
We started preparations on Saturday.
Production went into full swing on Monday morning.
Our technicians were already driving away with the first batch of filter bags on Monday afternoon.
By the end of the day, the entire delivery was complete, and our technicians installed everything that day.
The client was able to restart operations that evening.
